  11.     Now smaller and even faster!  All start up code and data are now
  12.     discarded before going resident.  This reduces the resident program
  13.     size to 11KB.  The data for the cache index has been separated from
  14.     the program and will use the HMA if available.  The cache search
  15.     routine has been improved to speed lookups, increasing cache
  16.     throughput.  Added flush and enable/disable options to CDQ and
  17.     QuickMon.  Added help option to CDQ.  QuickMon was unable to start
  18.     up minimized.  Fixed.  No longer supports locating the cache data
  19.     in upper memory.

  21.     Version 1.02 - 1/18/95
  22.     In the opening shareware screen, if you choose to print an order
  23.     form and your printer is offline CD-Quick will wait for the printer
  24.     to be put back online.  This gives the appearance that the software
  25.     is hung.  Logic to detect this condition has been added.  Enhanced
  26.     the Install program to work with any type of CD-ROM extensions (not
  27.     just Microsoft's MSCDEX).  Changes made to the AUTOEXEC.BAT file
  28.     might not get saved if you use a hard drive cache that does write
  29.     caching and you reboot from within the install program.  Fixed.
  30.     QUICKMON would display a cache size of 1024K on startup if the CD-
  31.     ROM drive had not been accessed first.  Fixed.  A real artist
  32.     created a better looking icon for QUICKMON.

  34.     Version 1.01 - 12/30/94
  35.     While Microsoft's MemMaker is optimizing upper memory use, CD-Quick
  36.     is unable to find your CD-ROM's real hardware device driver.  The
  37.     result is the number of CD-ROM drives reported is too high, causing
  38.     MSCDEX to report an error.  CD-Quick has been changed to enable it
  39.     to always find the true device driver.
